We update tickets as we
work on them. Look here to find out the status of
open requests and also to find out what action
we've taken if the request is closed.

We appreciate your use of the
ticket system. You should hear from us within 24
hours of your ticket submission (usually via
email). If your issue needs immediate attention,
please followup your ticket with an email to one of
your building techs, or to the tech
director.
