Rather than report the same problem again, look in here to see the status of the request you've already submitted. The technology department will update the status of problems we have not yet completely resolved.

Broken computer?


Request for Software
All requests for software need to be approved by the Technology Director to be sure it will work on our equipment and on our network. Please fill out this form with as much detail as possible so your request can be evaluated. (You will need to sign in with your SPS email username and password.)


We appreciate your use of the ticket system. You should hear from us within 24 hours of your ticket submission (usually via email). If your issue needs immediate attention, please followup your ticket with an email to one of your building techs, or to the tech director.
