Rather than report the
same problem again, look in here to see the status
of the request you've already submitted. The
technology department will update the status of
problems we have not yet completely
resolved.

We appreciate your use of the
ticket system. You should hear from us within 24
hours of your ticket submission (usually via
email). If your issue needs immediate attention,
please followup your ticket with an email to one of
your building techs, or to the tech
director.
